This is a placeholder. Dawn Nexus is in development and is not yet open to the public. This page is here so the site has no dead links; it is not a finished legal document and no operator, contact address or governing jurisdiction has been published yet. Nothing here is a binding commitment, and it will be replaced before the game accepts real players.

What the game stores

Playing offline stores nothing on our side: an offline character lives in your own browser. Playing online needs an account, and an account record holds a username, a password (stored only as a hash, never in readable form), the email address you give for recovery, and your characters, which are the progress, inventory and settings of the world you play in.

What the server logs

The game server keeps operational logs so it can be run and kept safe: chat the moderation tools can act on, connection records, and rate-limit counters. A self-hosted copy of this software keeps all of that on whoever runs it, not on us.

Analytics

This build ships no analytics at all. The page carries no tracking script and sends nothing to a third party unless an operator deliberately configures one.

Your data

You can export your account data and ask for it to be deleted from inside the game's account panel. See the Data Deletion page for what deletion removes, and Support for how to reach us once a contact address is published.
